• Time: 6PM - 8PM

• All-Inclusive Tickets: Includes a three-course, gourmet sit-down meal and gratuity.

Saturday Night Menu:

• Appetizer: Caprese skewers with balsamic reduction

• Entrées:

  • Roasted pork tenderloin with apricot rosemary glaze

• Sides: Au gratin potatoes, sautéed blue lake green beans with mushrooms and shallots

• Salad: Caesar salad with cornbread croutons

• Dessert: Freshly baked sea salt chocolate chip cookie (served warm) with vanilla bean ice cream
