Marketing Manager

Job Summary

ReTreet Resort and Spa is seeking an innovative and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive guest bookings, brand growth, and engagement. This role uniquely blends creative content development, digital advertising, and experiential event marketing with strategic oversight and team leadership. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for digital storytelling and hospitality with a proven track record in managing successful campaigns, leveraging influencer partnerships, and optimizing online performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Leadership

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing direction, training, and performance feedback to achieve strategic goals.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Experience Team, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and business development support.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and email.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot CRM.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Content Development: Produce engaging, high-quality content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and email campaigns.

  • Scheduling & Tools: Maintain structured posting schedules using tools such as Agorapulse and utilize Generative AI for SEO-friendly blog content.

  • User-Generated Content: Collaborate with creators and leverage UGC to boost brand credibility and reach.

SEO, Website Optimization & Digital Presence

  • Website Management: Optimize the ReTreet website and blog for improved search engine visibility and higher conversion rates.

  • SEO/SEM Initiatives: Implement SEO strategies and manage SEM/PPC advertising to drive organic and paid traffic.

Influencer, Partnership & Event Marketing

  • Influencer Engagement: Build and manage relationships with influencers, ensuring proper vetting and adherence to partnership policies.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute immersive events, product launches, trade shows, and on-site marketing activities.

  • Content Capture: Participate in real-time event content creation, including photography, videography, and drone operations.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, including customer feedback and public perception.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and market insights to inform strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in digital campaign management and content creation.

    • At least 2 years in a management or leadership role is required.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads, HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, SEM, and PPC advertising.

    • Experienced in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and professional video editing software.

  • Other Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

    • Passion for innovative digital marketing, influencer engagement, and experiential hospitality.
