Step one, Sauna.

Duration: 10-15 minutes

Instructions:

  • Enter the sauna and sit or lie down on the benches.

  • Breathe deeply and allow your body to sweat and relax.

  • Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after the session.

Step two, cold plunge.

Duration: 1-2 minutes

Instructions:

  • Carefully enter the cold plunge pool.

  • Submerge your body up to the neck, if comfortable.
