• Sauce Creation: Whip up popular sushi bar sauces like eel sauce and bang bang sauce, adding that special touch to your homemade sushi.

• Smart Shopping: Gain expert advice on where to shop for sushi ingredients, what to buy, and what to avoid, maximizing both quality and safety.

• Handling Raw Fish: Understand the critical health department regulations for handling and serving raw fish at home, ensuring your sushi is not only tasty but also safe.

• Hands-On Rolling: Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience rolling sushi alongside our experienced instructor. Every student will have the opportunity to make their very own sushi roll!
