Booking Process Overview:

Online Reservations:
You can book online through our portal until 12:00 PM (noon) on your arrival day.
For same-day booking requests after 12:00 PM, please call our staff directly at (256) 273-3174 to check availability.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit at Booking: Half of the total cost is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: The remaining half is automatically charged 7 days prior to your arrival to the card on file.

Payment Issues:
If a payment is declined, you'll receive a text notification prompting you to update your card in the guest portal.
24-Hour Grace Period: Payments must be resolved within 24 hours, or the reservation will be canceled per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival.
50% refund for cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before arrival.
No refund for cancellations made within 13 days of arrival.

Confirmation and Check-In:
Booking confirmation is sent via text and email within minutes of reserving.
Guest Communications are sent via Email/Text periodically to update you on upgrades and events available during your stay.
Check-in instructions are emailed 2 days prior to your arrival.

Golf Cart & ATV Assignment:
Treehouses, Glamping Tents, and Tiny Cottages: Assigned a 2-seater golf cart (except Game Room Glamping Tent, which receives a 4-seater).
Two-Bedroom Cabins: Assigned a 6-seater ATV.
Upgrade Option: Guests with more than two people can upgrade to a 4-seater golf cart or add a second 2-seater for an additional fee during check-in.
